The 5th annual SOBDR conference will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2009. This one-day conference will bring together researchers from Southern Ontario who share a common interest in the study of human decision making. The conference will feature a keynote address by Dan Ariely.

SODBR is organized in conjunction with the Waterloo Decision Research group, an interdisciplinary group of researchers who study how people make decisions and how those decisions might be improved.
