(Conveners are elected for a three-year term and subject to re-election for a total five-year term.  Elections should be staggered to maintain planning momentum and continuity.)

In each year, two members of the coordinating team are identified as Conveners for the purposes of the IFTR website. The designations will rotate annually. The responsibilities are however shared by all three members of the team.
